Nice post. In pre-hospital pts are usually clothed, unlike your manikin. I’m just wondering if it would be better if we place the binder under the pt by slipping it through the void under the backs of their knees and gently sliding it ‘north’ into position, negating the need to log roll a presumably unstable pelvis. If necessary you can take most of the weight of the pelvis by gently (half) lifting the pt by their belt or waist of their pants. TIA for your thoughts?
